Project Babble has an osc-based integration for VRChat.

Usage​

1. Prerequisites​

Ensure you have setup your hardware and software before proceeding to the next steps

2. Install VRCFaceTracking​

Download and install VRCFaceTracking and install the Babble Module from the module registry.

3. Setup VRCFT​

Install VRCFT and install the Babble module from the VRCFT Module Registry.

How To Install From the VRCFT Module Registry
  1. Go to the Module Registry Tab in VRCFaceTracking
  2. Select the babble module
  3. Click the "Install" button

4. Enable OSC in VRChat​

To send OSC data to VRChat, OSC must be enabled in game.

How To enable OSC in VRChat
  1. Open your radial menu
  2. Click the "Enabled" field to turn OSC on.

6. Test with a Public VRCFT Avatar​

At this time, VRChat does not have a native face tracking solution. Avatars must have been specifically set up for face tracking to work with VRCFaceTracking.

There are many worlds that have VRCFaceTracking ready avatars. Jerry's Mod is a great place to start.
